Mitski 透過 Dead Oceans 發行了她的第八張專輯《Nothing’s About to Happen to Me》由 Noel Paul 執導的首支主打單曲《Where’s My Phone?》MV，靈感來自 Shirley Jackson 的小說《We Have Always Lived in the Castle》Mitski 在片中隱居在歌德莊園，遭到外界闖入者入侵。
Mitski 大玩現場樂團、管弦樂編制，但是唱法跟歌詞聽來私密而真誠，根據媒體，亮點單曲《Where’s My Phone?》《I’ll Change for You》以及《If I Leave》一定要聽。本作由 Patrick Hyland 擔任製作與錄音，並由 Bob Weston 進行母帶後期處理，鼓組由 Kris Bulakowski 協助。
