本收藏套裝由 4 組三片裝黑膠（3LP）專輯組成，每組均為三折式封套，並收納於精裝外盒中。
《The Anthology Collection 12LP》收錄了 1990 年代中期三張開創性的《Anthology》專輯（經 Giles Martin 於 2025 年全新重新母帶處理），以及一張全新合輯《Anthology 4》。
整套共收錄 191 首曲目，包含錄音室未發表版本、現場演出、廣播錄音與示範帶，完整呈現 The Beatles 從 1958 年出道到 2023 年最後單曲〈Now And Then〉 的音樂發展軌跡。
全新篇章《Anthology 4》收錄 13 首前所未發表曲目，以及 17 首精選自五張經典專輯豪華版（Super Deluxe Versions） 的歌曲。
除了 1963 至 1969 年間珍貴的錄音室 outtakes 外，本作更收錄由 Jeff Lynne 於 2025 年重新混音 的〈Free As A Bird〉與〈Real Love〉兩曲。
此外，《Anthology 4》中有 26 首歌曲為首度於黑膠格式發行。
全套採用 180 克黑膠壓製，每張 3LP 專輯皆以 三折式封套（Triple Gatefold Sleeve） 呈現：
